Thinking about the next phase of your business?

Whether you are growing your company or entering into the more complex world of selling, to succeed requires thinking and plenty of it.

If you're planning for the future, both yours and the company, there is much to consider. After all, your personal and business lives are intertwined in all aspects of your life, not just finance.

You can get many different points of view from those around you including family, employees - sometimes extended family, customers, prospects, partners and vendors.

Often conversations about the future can become personal. Especially within family run businesses. This can be difficult for you and more so for employees or partners regardless of being family or not. Talk about your goals and plans for the future and equally as important learn about their plans. You never know where the next owner will come from.

And remember, their personal and business lives are as intertwined as yours.

Many of you have been receiving these emails for some time. For one reason or another you have not acted on the opportunity to speak with me one on one.
