  1. We will bring clients to you, to provide specific services in exchange for set or negotiated fees.
  2. Bring a client to us in exchange for serious commissions.

* Note: Warren Business Development Center Inc. controls the financial relationship with the client and Warren Business Development Center Inc. pays the Specialist immediately upon receipt of payment by the Client.  Circumvention of Warren Business Development Center Inc. by the Specialist will result in immediate termination of the relationship and the Specialist may be subject to other legal remedies which may be exercised at our sole discretion.  These (and other) relationship conditions are clearly defined in the Company’s Specialist Agreement, which details the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
