What Do We Look For In An Executive Assistant?

Executive Assistant to our Sales Reps and Location Partners

Seeking EA with relevant experience providing these specific services to other executives in similar industries. You get what we do, you've done this before and you really like it. 

Overall EA duties and requirements are as follows.

Objectives:
·         Manage WarrenBDC Sales Rep and Location Partner Time
·         Assist with facilitating WarrenBDC New Business Development Process
·         Enhance WarrenBDC Social Media Presence

Duties:
  1. Maintain To Do list and Meeting calendar.
  2. Schedule meetings and telephone calls with Prospects, Clients and WBDC staff/suppliers.
  3. Prepare and email WarrenBDC proposals, meeting materials including agendas etc.
  4. Research prospects to prequalify and begin lead generation process.
  5. Update and manage WarrenBDC Prospect and Client lists.
  6. Send out requested information to Prospects and Clients with follow up calls/emails.
  7. Handle Client inquiries by phone or e-mail.
  8. Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters via Constant Contact. We will write copy.
  9. Resend email newsletter content to LinkedIn, Twitter, other social media and on and offline media etc.
  10. Enhance presence on LinkedIn for WBDC.
  11. Develop and maintain WBDC LinkedIn company page.
  12. Develop and maintain WBDC Twitter account.
  13. Toronto GTA based for weekly in person meetings.
  14. Knowledge of and experience with Google Analytics, SEO and Adwords. (A plus, not a deal breaker.)
