* Note: Warren Business Development Center Inc. controls the financial relationship with the client and Warren Business Development Center Inc. pays the Affiliate immediately upon receipt of payment by the client.  Circumvention of Warren Business Development Center Inc. by the Affiliate will result in immediate termination of the relationship and the Affiliate may be subject to other legal remedies which may be exercised at our sole discretion.  These (and other) relationship conditions are clearly defined in the Company’s Affiliation Agreement, which details the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
